Fantastic sourdough full of flavour

I'm a big fan of the Jasons brand and this is a real winner. Full of flavour and with a nice, but not too much, chew to it. It makes a great ham salad sandwich.

Nice sourdough loaf

I prefer freshly made sourdough, but this is a decent alternative and freezes well for standby

Huge holes in each slice

Had this bread a few times and enjoyed it but when it arrived today each slice had huge holes in it. Difficult to even make a sandwich so will probably use it for toast - what little there is of it anyway. Hopefully Ive just been unlucky and had a bad loaf.
