Sealed packaging?

Just wondered why one side of the hygiene sticker is flat and clearly unopened but the other side is sticking up, unfolded and opened with contents clearly exposed to the elements. Perhaps storage/transporting?

only bread Ill buy

Best sourdough bread Ive had. And I love that the ingredients are clean. I buy 2-3 loaves at a time and just keep it refrigerated. Stays fresh for a good week or two.
