Picture doesn't match the description

Sort it out Ocado! The pic is of one colour for some of the John Frieda dyes and what's actually written is a different colour. I noticed months ago, and it's still the same so not buying again until it's clear what I'm buying!

USED to be the best but...

I've been using this product/colour for several years and have been really impressed with the results - easy to apply, even coverage, nice colour which for me lasts 3 weeks, leaves my hair in a lovely condition. HOWEVER, recently they've issued a 'new formulation' and it's rubbish! The foam is now much runnier and that means that in the 30 mins I wait for the colour to develop the foam turns to a liquid and drips down my face and neck and onto the floor or whatever. Also, my hair used to be 'stiff' with the foam which meant my shoulder length hair happily piled up on top of my head and kept in place until I washed it. Now the hair does not stay in place as the foam is too weak so I have to use grips to stop it flopping around and staining my neck and clothes. Also, I might be imagining it but I think there's less in the bottle but as I don't use a whole bottle this has never worried me. I'm SO disappointed about this 'new improved formula' as it's ruined what I thought was the perfect hair colour product. I'm now looking to change to another brand.
