Wild salmon
A whole chunk of salmon, wild not farmed so no artificial red colouring from the chemically infused farmed food. I removed the bigger bones and ate the soft ones, had with pasta and tomato chilli chutney
Not very red
As the title says, not very red and contains a lot of skin.
Cat food!
Awful smell when tin opened, lots of bones and something that resembled an eye. Was grossed out, had to bin it and double check I hadnt bought cat food by mistake! Cant understand the good reviews, best sticking to fresh salmon.
The Best
This is just lovely. For those shying away from a bit of skin and bone, just try giving it all a good mix and do not drain the liquid -thats where all the flavour comes from. The bones disintegrate when mixed up as does the skin. Perfect in a sandwich.
Poor
strange colour and taste
Nasty
For a premium brand there was a lot of skin and bone, maybe 50%. It also smelled nasty.
