Misleading

I was expecting 2 mugs as other reviewers had said. £12 for one mug is too much.

Love it.

I bought this at the discounted price of £8.40 but I think I'd also buy at full price. Holds loads of liquid, which it keeps good and hot. Have used for my tea/coffee every day since I purchased. Would recommend.

Great mug

Lovely large size mug. I like being able to see the drink through the sides. I have a few insulated glass mugs and they all feel as though they are moulded plastic. I think it is because they are so smooth and lightweight. No problems in the dishwasher. This particular mug keeps my drinks hotter for longer maybe because it holds a larger volume. I bought another as I was so pleased.

excellent design

I love my new tea mug. It keeps the liquid hot and looks lovely. Recommend it, no problems so far.

Not dishwasher proof

Despite what it says on the label, the mug is not dishwasher proof. After the first run it had water between the two layers that then leaked out over several days in the cupboard and left water stains on the shelf. Ocado refunded me this purchase but I would not recommend it.

Excellent mug for coffee

You only get one - the Duo is the name of the cup. I like a big latte from our coffee machine and it's super hard to find a decent double walled cup for coffee. It feels slightly plasticy but it looks great and does keep the coffee hotter for longer. Haven't noticed any issues when putting it in the dishwasher.
