Best Gluten Free Flour I have used

After 12 months of Gluten Free baking, this flour was the first time i got a really good rise on the cheese rolls i was baking. i don't use yeast, so eggs are essential to get a fluffy rise, and also cheese in the recipe, (as some fat seems to help). Results are usually light and fluffy using this flour, which is not easy with yeast free GF baking. I've read some people find Gram flour slightly bitter, but i've not experienced that, but i use it in savoury baking, with foccacia style additions like olives and sun dried tomatoes along with herb de Provence, and often cheese too, so they are full of flavour anyway.
