Full of flavour
These were absolutely delicious this week. I threw some halved ones into a paella for the last 5 mins and they softened up beautifully. The rest were simply rosted with a good glue of Olive Oil until just splitting and then drizzled with a light balsamic vinegar. I like to take mine off the vine for this as I prefer to just add them to meals straight from the pan
