Preparation and Usage

These are guidelines only, some appliances may vary. Defrost thoroughly before use. Once defrosted use within 24 hours.
Fillet Steak
Shallow Fry - From Chilled
Rare - 2-6 minutes
Medium - 5-8 minutes
Remove from packaging 10 mins before cooking. Preheat pan to high. Lightly oil and season steak. Place into dry pan. Turn halfway through cooking. Rest on a warm plate for 5 minutes before serving.

DO NOT REHEAT.
Striploin Steak
Shallow Fry - From Chilled
Rare - 2-3 minutes
Medium - 3-6 minutes
Remove from packaging 10 mins before cooking. Preheat pan to high. Lightly oil and season steak. Place into dry pan. Turn halfway through cooking. Rest on a warm plate for 5 minutes before serving.
DO NOT REHEAT.

Rump Steak
Shallow Fry - From Chilled
Rare - 3-6 minutes
Medium - 4-9 minutes
Remove from packaging 10 mins before cooking. Preheat pan to high. Lightly oil and season steak. Place into dry pan. Turn halfway through cooking. Rest on a warm plate for 5 minutes before serving.

Ribeye Steak
Shallow Fry - From Chilled
Rare - 2-3 minutes
Medium - 3-6 minutes
Remove from packaging 10 mins before cooking. Preheat pan to high. Lightly oil and season steak. Place into dry pan. Turn halfway through cooking. Rest on a warm plate for 5 minutes before serving.

Guinness Burger
Fry or Grill - From chilled
Remove from packaging 10 minutes before cooking.
Fry
Preheat frying pan pver medium heat, add 1 tablespoon of oil to pan. Fry for 22-24 minutes turning occasionally during cooking.
Grill
Preheat grill to medium. Place burgers under grill and cook for 16-18 minutes, turning occasionally during cooking.
Ensure burgers are piping hot, cooked throughout, juices run clear and no pink colour remains before serving.
DO NOT REHEAT.

Dry Aged Burger
Fry or Grill - From chilled
Remove from packaging 10 minutes before cooking.
Fry
Preheat frying pan pver medium heat, add 1 tablespoon of oil to pan. Fry for 22-24 minutes turning occasionally during cooking.
Grill
Preheat grill to medium. Place burgers under grill and cook for 16-18 minutes, turning occasionally during cooking.

Marrow Melt
Add a tablespoon to the pan to finish frying you steak or add on top of your joint for the last 5 minutes of cooking.
Alternatively, pop 2 tablespoons into your favourite casserole, soup or stew while cooking. This pairs perfectly with lamv and other meats also. You can even use this to give your roasted vegetables some punch. Just pop a tablespoon in while roasting in oven.
Charcoal Rub
Black Char Seasoning is incredible on BBQ meats and created the most epic bark on steaks. It's packed with quality ingredients that enhance the flavour of your meat without overpowering it. The rub is a mix of classic spices like garlic and coarse black pepper with a subtitle flavour to let the meat do the talking.
Please don't be shy or hold back, cover your steak/roast all over pre cooking/frying or grill and enjoy. Note...the Charcoal will stain!
