Kikkoman Ramen Soup Base 250ml

Kikkoman Ramen Soup Base Shoyu is a convenient concentrated soup base featuring Kikkoman Soy Sauce for extra umami richness, allowing you to prepare a delicious shoyu (soy sauce) ramen in minutes. Ramen is a popular Japanese noodle dish.

Simply dilute 2 tbsp of soup base with 270ml of boiling water, mix well. Add cooked ramen noodles and top with meat or vegetables of your choice.

Be creative and customise your soup. Try other types of noodle such as soba or udon & use a variety of toppings - cooked ham, boiled eggs, carrots and chinese cabbage for instance.
