Instructions
Cooking Instructions - General. The following are guidelines only. Cooking times may vary. Always ensure product is piping hot throughout before serving. For best results oven bake from chilled. Do not reheat.; Microwave - From Chilled. 800 Watt: Remove both the outer packaging and the film lid. Place on a microwaveable plate and heat on full power for 5 minutes 30 seconds. Aflow to stand for 1 minute. Serve.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Preheat oven to 190°C, 170°C fan oven, gas mark 5. Remove outer packaging and film lid. Place on a baking tray in the middle of the oven and heat for 25-30 minutes. Serve.

I think this is good
As a lacto intolerant person. Its so nice to enjoy lasagne and something ideal for taking to work or if you havent got time to cook. I found this quite tasty. If you enjoy healthy food then I think youll enjoy. Its not full of fake ingredients and sugar.

Needs flavouring!
Liberal helping of black pepper together with grated cheese sprinkled on top, which melted nicely, made a great improvement to an otherwise bland dish.
