Preparation and Usage
- 2 hours., Beef Stew Fry 300g cubes stewing steak in 1 tbsp oil till brown. Place in casserole. Fry 2 chopped onions, carrots and 400g cubes butternut squash in 1 tbps oil. Stir in 1 tbsp flour then 500ml Knorr stock. Boil till thickened then pour over beef. Cook 140°, C fan for 1 ½

Beef it up
Good reasonably priced stock cubes great for bolognese or chilli or just beef broth .Tip mash one cube with a little olive oil then smear over a steak or beef joint before cooking .

I tried these for my beefy slow cooker recipes Really tasty but Im afraid nothing can compare with the mighty oxo cube for me

lovely
Lovely and meaty and was perfect with diced beef, onion, dollop of tomato purée, slow cooked and used in a pie with jus roll puff pastry on top
