Brand
Kumala is proud to be from South Africa, a nation that is all about variety. If variety is the spice of life, we've grabbed the whole rack and squeezed every last drop into our wine. The name Kumala comes from a combination of local tribal dialects and means 'to do things differently'. Our wine is as diverse and ‘Kolourful' as the land it comes from, bringing positive vibes in every glass through delicious quality wines.
Surrounding South Africa's legendary Table Mountain is a place of lush fertility and natural beauty. This is the home of Kumala, where we make quality wines that are full of character. We source the best available fruits from vineyards dotted all over the five main regions of South Africa's wine-producing land from all over the Western Cape to Olifants River, through Paarl and Stellenbosch to Worcester.
Keep It Kolourful with Kumala.

very nice wine
this is one of my favourites a really nice wine. I always buy it when it is on offer.
Not great
Really did not enjoy this wine at all. Quite acidic and sour tasting.
well we liked it
don't know why people are being very negative about this wine we found it to be very pleasant, and there is not many places that you can get South African Rose I would most certainly recommend it
Can’t see why everyone hates this wine
Perhaps they enjoy the weak, sour, acid wines from Provence for example. We are experienced wine drinkers and enjoy this rose with fish, pork, chicken and veal as long as the food is not spicy or over seasoned. At half price it’s very good value.
Worst Rose I have ever tasted
I ignored the bad reviews hoping for the best. This wine was awful! Not worth the £4.99 paid never mind the £9.99 full price. I would not recommend and will not be ordering again.
unpleasant
I should have read the reviews, I regret now I haven't, the wine is absolutely vile and a waste of money.
