Great
I found this worked really well on waterproof eye make up / mascara, better than other bi-phase removers that claim to remove waterproof mascara, I thought. I find it best to hold the pad over my lashes for a few seconds before sweeping it over the rest of my eye as this helps break down the often cement-like(!) waterproof mascara first and makes it more likely Ill get everything off on one pad :-) its also got a third off atm so happy days!

Useless
I found this so ineffective at removing my mascara that I had to throw it in the bin. Why have Ocado stopped selling the LOréal Paris absolute eye and lip make up remover? That was the best I have found and now they only sell this or the gentle version which also doesnt work.
