Mediterranean Focaccina

Strip of handmade Mediterranean-flavoured focaccia with rice oil, tomato, oregano, garlic and basil. No lard added.


Panificio Bo has a long history, founded in 1820 in Rocchetta Tanaro, a small town in the middle of Monferrato, just 60km from Asti.  Over the course of few decades it has grown from a small village bakery to a modern company able to meet the needs of the market, but always respecting tradition.


Because of their love of good food and hand-made products, Panificio Bo still follows old recipes and practices, making high-quality genuine products.

Ingredients are carefully selected, and all products are handmade according to Piedmontese tradition.


Recipes are simple: few ingredients, no preservatives and hand-crafted production are all that is needed to make genuine and tasty products that are easily digestible.

Like toasted cotton wool

Am not sure what it is others are seeing in these that Im not but I tried two or three and threw the rest away. They are completely bland and insubstantial. The only thing in their favour is that they are so light they wouldnt fill people up if served with dips before a meal. Otherwise nothing I can think of to recommend them.

Very crunchy but without being too hard. Smell and taste amazing. Flavour is not too strong but subtle. Go really well with dips

Fantastic

Whole range is great, the herb ones including this are my favourite, as the smell and taste are really nicely judged without overpowering. Light and crispy, not filling so whole packet wont last long! The 5 star reviews are deserved.

These are very tasty, we put them out as a nibble before lunch when we have friends over, though they tend to be pilfered by the children before Ive had a look in.
