Onion Baby Focaccina

Cubes of handmade focaccia made with rice oil and no lard


Panificio Bo has a long history, founded in 1820 in Rocchetta Tanaro, a small town in the middle of Monferrato, just 60km from Asti.  Over the course of few decades it has grown from a small village bakery to a modern company able to meet the needs of the market, but always respecting tradition.


Because of their love of good food and hand-made products, Panificio Bo still follows old recipes and practices, making high-quality genuine products.

Ingredients are carefully selected, and all products are handmade according to Piedmontese tradition.


Recipes are simple: few ingredients, no preservatives and hand-crafted production are all that is needed to make genuine and tasty products that are easily digestible.

Really good topped with beetroot houmus, would be good on a salad too

not for me

Light crostini style snack, so light they do nothing for me really or maybe that was the fact there were only 80g. I got in a flash sale but at the full price of £2.75 I would avoid myself. I would rather buy a cheap focaccia or sourdough, put a bit of olive oil on it and slow bake it for a better effect. Couldnt taste the onion either.

I have to resist adding more than a pack or two to every order. So good.

I was sent this to review by Ocado, and was blown away by how tasty these little crackers are. Just the right bite size nibble to have with your chilled beverage of choice. Cant wait to get another bag!

I think these would be great in a salad to give extra crunch. We had them as a snack, they are very crunchy, very tasty and i would definitely buy them again.
