Rosemary Focaccina

Strip of handmade rosemary-flavoured focaccia with rice oil and no lard.


Panificio Bo has a long history, founded in 1820 in Rocchetta Tanaro, a small town in the middle of Monferrato, just 60km from Asti.  Over the course of few decades it has grown from a small village bakery to a modern company able to meet the needs of the market, but always respecting tradition.


Because of their love of good food and hand-made products, Panificio Bo still follows old recipes and practices, making high-quality genuine products.

Ingredients are carefully selected, and all products are handmade according to Piedmontese tradition.


Recipes are simple: few ingredients, no preservatives and hand-crafted production are all that is needed to make genuine and tasty products that are easily digestible.

I've eaten different bread sticks, twists etc etc for years. These are just the best and make all the rest taste like dried sticks by comparison. We bought 10 boxes last time as my extended family think they are awesome too!

Too good

Bought these in a flash sale, but I'll definitely be buying again. Very light, with just the right balance of herbs and oil, utterly delicious. Briefly I thought there may have been slightly too much salt, but then realised I'd eaten the whole box in one go . . .

Bought on a flash sale, wasn’t sure what to expect. Delicious. Super light bread sticks, crunchy but not hard. Tasty alone or with a dip. More ordered.

Not breadsticks

Got this on flash sale. These are like croutons, but they are long and brittle. Very light and slightly oily, nice rosemary flavour, kinda weird just as a snack, as they would work better on salad. I liked them, but they are not a bread stick.

Im reviewing this product because I got a free sample from Ocado. We thought these breadsticks were lovely as a pre dinner snack with the dippy boursin. They are quite salty in taste but we like that. We had quite a few of our sticks broken in the box which looks less nice for presentation when you serve to guest. We have bought these again after the free sample.
