Taggiasca Olive Focaccina
Strip of handmade focaccia made with “Taggiasche” olives and rice oil. No lard added.
Panificio Bo has a long history, founded in 1820 in Rocchetta Tanaro, a small town in the middle of Monferrato, just 60km from Asti. Over the course of few decades it has grown from a small village bakery to a modern company able to meet the needs of the market, but always respecting tradition.
Because of their love of good food and hand-made products, Panificio Bo still follows old recipes and practices, making high-quality genuine products.
Ingredients are carefully selected, and all products are handmade according to Piedmontese tradition.
Recipes are simple: few ingredients, no preservatives and hand-crafted production are all that is needed to make genuine and tasty products that are easily digestible.

disappointing
To judge from earlier reviews, the recipe must have changed - here in 2023, these are a flavourless and powdery.... like too many breadsticks I've tried. Only good ones were the Mr. Organic...
tasty
Crisp and flavourful. Lovely with a glass of wine.
Tasty
Lovely and full of flavour, not too hard as well. A bit addictive as once you start you can't stop!
Amazing but very salty
I’m reviewing this product because I got a free sample from Ocado. These were incredible, we ate the whole pack in not time. Really really good, BUT the salt content is incredible too, over 4 grams per 100 grams. A very occasional treat, maybe.
Nice crunch and flavour
I was sent these to review and they are very moreish, and the flavour and texture were very good. Only one downside was the lingering fat on the taste buds, like with coconut oil. They're not made with olive oil but actually rice bran oil, so maybe this is why. Strange to use that when the whole flavour profile is supposed to be about olives though.
Lovely snack
Reviewing this as I got a free sample from Ocado. This is a pretty good snack to eat on its own, with a tipple of your choice. We're big fans of focaccia and still prefer the fresh version though. Good product but not necessarily one to keep buying.
