Based in Treviso in the heart of Prosecco country, La Gioiosa is one of Italy's leading Prosecco producers. Owned by the Moretti Polegato family, La Gioiosa represents the tradition of winemaking which has been passed through generations of the family.

The grapes are sourced from the undulating hills of Veneto, where the gentle climate and cool nights ensure the grapes retain their acidity and freshness. This plays a vital role in crafting exquisite sparkling wines.

Whole white grapes are gently pressed before being transferred to temperature-controlled tanks. The red grapes undergo a short maceration to enhance the aroma and colour of the wine. A portion of the red juice is then added to the white must ready for Charmat method fermentation at controlled temperatures to preserve the vibrant aromas.
