History
La Gioiosa is one of Italy's leading Prosecco producers. From their base in Treviso, in the heart of Prosecco country, the Moretti Polegato family has been making sparkling wines for three generations.

The La Gioiosa et Amorosa name - inspired by the local motto for their 'joyful and loving' home - captures the spirit and sociable lifestyle of the region's inhabitants.

Vinification Details
Whole grapes are gently pressed and the juice, or must, is transferred to temperature-controlled tanks for fermentation. The winemaker freezes the Prosecco must prior to fermentation to ensure maximum freshness upon bottling. Keeping the temperatures low enhances the vibrant fruit aromas in the wine.
