Good soy sauce- sweeter than others but found quite pleasant

soy sauce or sugar sauce?

This is in no way comparable to the soy sauce I normally buy, which has soybeans as the second ingredient after water. This one has sugar, plus added colouring and wheat. Quite inauthentic, and unhealthy to boot.

excellent soy sauce but check the date

Excellent soy sauce, as another reviewer has pointed out, the cancer causing chemical story was from 2001 and the problematic soy sauces contained hydrolysed vegetable protein which this doesn't, so I think that review should be removed for misinformation. The only negative about this soy sauce is that most bottles I have bought including from ocado, have been very short dated, with as few as one to two months on the date. It is only a best before date but I have found it doesn't taste anything like as good once it is past the best before. So I would definitely check the date on the bottle upon delivery.
