Preparation and Usage
Satay Sauce (Serves 2)
Marinate 200g sliced chicken with 2 tbsp satay sauce for 30 mins. Thread chicken and bell pepper pieces (75g) on bamboo sticks alternatively, grill or pan-fry until done. Serve with extra satay sauce.

a sweet satay sauce
We enjoyed this, accompanied with some other dishes as the satay by itself is quite sweet. Tasty though!
Too tangy
The sauce is excessively tangy. Not at all what I would expect for a satay. This is almost a fruity, lemon like sauce. Not what I wanted.
Different taste than expected
It has a different taste like the Charlie Bigham ready meal. I was a but disappointed. There is a sweet hint which I don’t like and not so nutty. Still enjoyed it.
A great jar to keep in the cupboard
Fantastic for a quick, easy mid week meal. Only need a spoonful and can keep the jar in the fridge (once opened) for a decent amount of time to use another time. We have used it as a stir fry sauce and its very nice. We have now purchased a different flavour.
Staple
I always have a jar of this in the cupboard. Works best as a marinade as per the instructions.
