use it as normal liners
100x better than the normal plastic-y panty liners, more comfortable and suitable for sensitive skin. I dont have incontinence issues but still use these

Will not let you down.
These are so comfortable, slimline, breathable and absorbent. I hardly notice them, and despite having no wings, they stay in place really well; better than some winged liners, in my opinion. I highly recommend these, over all.

So pleased I tried these
These are really thin but deal with my coughs and sneezes as well as the bulky pads I've been using. These will now be my usual brand
