A dog designed these
So these are almost impossible to break into smaller pieces so I am almost certain that a dog designed them. I mean you *can* tear them in half but prepared (as I wasnt) for the granula innards to explode everywhere as a result. The size of a whole one throws off the task to treat ratio in this household so now I have to train my sausage dog to vacuum or do the washing up or something equally vast to justify giving him a whole sausage as a reward. That all being said he loved the treat and didnt seem fussed by the overtones of cannibalism.
Honest review
The Hound of the Basketcase - a Bichon - is addicted to these and he is now refusing his previously preferred grain-free treat. They break up very easily and are not hard at all and, more importantly, do not cause any side affects on his digestive system. I bought them on special, but would balk at paying the full price.
too big and too messy to break up
Choking hazard made a mess breaking them up
Too big for small dogs!
Please be careful if you give these to a small dog, mine basically inhaled it and I nearly lost her, she stopped breathing when it lodged in her windpipe. I managed to dislodge it, thank goodness.
the best
My dog will do anything for these.
dogs love them
Did not last long at all between my 3
