Odd smell on opening
Strong odour - presumably preservative. Puts the cat off and not pleasant. Expensive food that the cat won't eat :-(
A HIT!
One of my cats is fairly fussy when it comes to tinned food, but being diabetic it's important that he doesn't eat only kibble. I've been so pleased to discover the Lily's Kitchen Shredded Fillet range - which looks like real food, and he absolutely loves all of the flavours. The only thing he doesn't like is the little mussels in this variety which he carefully picks out and leaves! - which is a bit annoying. Lily's Kitchen isn't cheap but it really is good quality, and clearly the broth (which is usually rejected) must be tasty to cats as, mussels aside, the bowl is always licked clean
Down in one!
Have taken on a feral kitten. She wasnt really eating enough, so thought Id explore some alternatives to the big brand stuff I was given when I took her on. I knew she liked plain roast chicken so thought Id give this a try. She loved it bowl licked clean which she has never done before. Even the mussels went . Expensive but will buy it for a treat or if I think shes not been eating enough.
My cat\x27s favorite
My cat is going crazy when I open one of these, he loves it
A happy little cat!
Ahoy hoy, Well where to start? My willow LOVED this. She is a very fussy cat, but by golly she inhaled it. Hard to find food she likes, so this will be a keeper! Hopefully more mussels in future as this is something she hasnt had before and it might be her fave!
Goes down a treat
I have a cat that since getting lymphoma tends to graze rather than eat a meal in one hit. Unless hes having Lilys chicken & mussel food, which gets polished off in a single sitting. Happy days.
