Strange texture
These have an odd texture, not like mousse and not like yoghurt. Feels very fake. But the taste is good and a good way to get additional protein. Wouldnt pay full price

Good as far as protein puddings go
These are perfectly nice to curb a sweet craving if youre watching your nutrition and need the extra protein. I would say that the chocolate flavour is quite artificial though - I much prefer the salted caramel.
