Preparation and Usage
Especially effective when used morning and evening after brushing. Pour 10 ml (2 x 5 ml teaspoonfuls) into a glass, rinse around teeth and gums for 60 seconds, then spit out.

Good mouth wash
A good mouthwash , does help teeth appear whiter with a refreshing taste. Reliable like you would expect from listerine.

Made my mouth dry
Despite having zero alcohol in it, this mouthwash still made my mouth horribly dry. For this reason I wont continue using it.

Vile taste
Im obviously in a minority, but I found the taste to be vile and it lingered with an unpleasant aftertaste. I wont be buying this again.

Fine if you can actually open it!
Product itself is fine – if you can actually open the cap! I literally had to use a kitchen knife and hammer to open this. Really wish companies could ditch the supposed child safety nonsense and produce products that an average human being can open without having to resort to brute force.
