Very good maple FLAVOURED golden syrup
Can't understand why some people have left bad reviews for this product which clearly says on the front of the bottle that it's Maple Syrup Flavour ... it's not pretending to be real Maple syrup and the price should be a pretty clear indication of that even if the description passes some people by. I use it in banana bread but it's also quick and easy to squirt onto pancakes. It doesn't drip so there's no mess and no waste.
Huge pot!! Maple FLAVOURED
It isn't real maple syrup, I knew this when I bought it. Its golden syrup with Maple flavouring and they did it very well! I have been having pancakes every morning since my dietician told me to eat more. I don't have to squeeze much on and since there's loads it'll last a long time. It looks small in the picture but it isn't. Good price overall
Great on breakfast waffles
I love this sauce. it does taste like Maple syrup. I put it on my breakfast waffles or pancakes. Great on Ice cream too. great price.
Delicious
This is by far my favourite pancake topping. If you love the taste of maple but find the texture is far too runny this is perfect. It has a lovely maple flavour with the consistency of golden syrup, which is perfect. It's very obvious based on the price itself that it's not pure maple syrup and it doesn't claim to be either. The description is literally maple flavoured golden syrup.
Misleading Description
I thought I was ordering Maple Syrup, but it turned out to be Golden Syrup with a Maple flavour! Come on Ocado - fix this!
