Cooking Instructions - General. Do not reheat.; Microwave - From Chilled. Remove sleeve. Place on microwaveable plate.
750W 45 secs
900W 35 secs; Steam - From Chilled. Remove pancakes from all packaging and wrap in foil, then lay in a colander or steamer. Place over a pan of boiling water, cover and steam for 4-5 mins.

For Use By, see front of pack. Keep refrigerated 0°C to +5°C. Once opened, eat within 24 hours. Suitable for freezing. This product has been frozen and returned to chill temperature. Further freezing will not affect quality. Freeze by date mark shown and use within 3 months. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) eat within 24 hours. Defrost thoroughly before use.
