Tiny
Paid £7 for tiny piece, size has changed, feel robbed.

This was supposed to be a fillet but was horribly chewy and tasteless. Threw it away in the end. Sad as it has been ok before, but unreliable quality so wont be buying again.

Really disappointed with this. Expect more from M&S. cant believe this is actually fillet as its so tough and chewy. Went in the bin, if I had cooked it in time would have requested refund as bought through Ocado. Wont buy again.
Dinner party ruined
3/4 steaks can out of wrapping in pieces when I buy a streak for any meal it should be in one piece looked fit for casserole chunks
TOO TOUGH TO EAT
Even my dogs wouldn't eat it -- straight in the bin along with the £16.72 it cost for two fillet steaks that are meant to be the most tender of steaks. These were nothing like fillet steaks. Tasted like old rope, chewed like old rope and spat out like old rope. Animals that are scared when they're about to be butchered give off a hormone that toughens the meat. The animal that this came from must have been petrified. Time to go vegan.
Leathery Lump
Unfortunately this steak is very inconsistent with each purchase. The last piece was a small lump that was very tough. Previously I've had others that break in the packaging. Will have to look elsewhere in future. Shame, as it was previously good.
