Cream slice
Sounds lovely but mine was hard as a brick so gave up and threw it. Come on Ocado as a cream slice is a family favourite but mine was well below average.
Completely squashed on arrival
Bought two weeks ago, they were perfect. Ordered again today for a birthday treat, they arrived mangled and squashed so disappointing! Please get packaging people to use common sense with delicate cream cakes. They were so delicious previously, only fit for the bin today. Refund requested.

packaging bad icing is always stuck to the package spoils the whole cake. Ocado you need to do something about this. These are lovely buying from M&S store because they are not crushed.

These have crisp flaky pastry, tasty cream inside and the layer of jam just makes it complete. Lovely
Best cream slices we\x27ve tried
Enjoyed these and there was a decent amount of cream. The bottom layer of pastry was thick and not as light as the top. Wished they arrived in better condition as the box is always upside down and stuck to the box.

I thought my hubby had pinched half of my cream slice, just ONE lsyer - never seen that before so half the height than expected and smaller overall too.
