NOT GREAT
Too much jam, not enough cream, dough is dry and seems stale

Tried a number of times. Always seems stale Only a little amount of jam/cream which sits on top, rather than inside so doesn't really have the effect of a doughnut.
What is a doughnut?
It seems that M&S do not know that it is a sweet dough that is deepfried and coated with caster sugar before being filled. We were so disappointed with the product sent to us. First of all, it had been squashed in the carrier bag (thank you Ocado for the refund) but having bought it as a treat it was terrible. It was more of a bread roll with a cream and jam filling and dusted with icing sugar! Please sort this out as it was a big disappointment as many of M&S's cakes are these days.
Good but always squashed
I love these cream doughnuts, but have stopped buying them as more often than not they arrive squashed, having been poorly packed. It's not very pleasant having to scrape the cream and jam off the inside of the box. Please, Ocado, have a word with your packers. These do not belong in a bag underneath two big bottles of milk!
Shopping day treat
Treat myself to this once all the shopping is put away. Always lots of cream and nice sauce on it.
