Two perfectly seasoned British wagyu beef burgers flavoured with sea salt and cracked black pepper. Best served in brioche buns with melted cheese, salad and tomato. Gluten free. Serves 2.

Cook until juices run clear and no pink meat remains.
Ensure product is piping hot before serving.; Cooking Instructions - General. Needs Cooking. Remove all packaging.
After cooking leave to stand for 1 min.
Do not reheat.; Grill - From Chilled. 12-15 Mins
Preheat grill to medium heat. Place burgers onto a preheated baking tray.
Turning halfway through cooking.; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. 13-16 Mins
Heat 1 teaspoon (5ml) of oil in frying pan until hot. Place burgers into the pan and dry over a medium heat. Turn halfway through cooking.

Excellent burgers
I never buy burgers to eat at home, but I decided to try these. They are so good, I now buy them every week. we have cooked them in a pan and also the air fryer where very little fat is left, so I am puzzled by some of the reviews. We have never found any gristle. We add onions and cheese and they are delicious.
M£S Wagyu beef burgers
Although the flavour of the burger wasn't bad the fat that came out of them was ridiculous, my bread roll was soaked in burger fat and I had half a jam jar of fat from the pan. Very unpleasant to eat
Delicious
These are simply delicious, especially topped with M&S burger melts and served in a brioche bun. Just don’t overcook. Highly recommended.

Tasted great fried. Lots of juice ran out but didnt stop them being tasty. Would definitely buy again if they were on offer
Should of listened to reviews
For the first time M&S has let me down... I try a lot of products and these have disappointed. Huge amount of fat comes out during cooking, they were not as soft and juicy as i expected and other brands are much better. Sorry to say its true.
Amazing patties
Used these with M&S collection brioche buns, grilled onions, American cheese and garlic mayo. Cooked 6-7 mins on each side resulting in a tender and juicy burger mmmmm
