Lovely Chicken
Had two warmed with chunky chips, veg. etc., delicious. The other two made four generous sandwiches with salad. Ordered again
Nice chicken – poor packaging
The chicken can most of the time be of a good quality, (but occasionally you get a tough piece). However, our main problem with this product is the packaging. The plastic tray is a very brittle plastic. The last three orders placed, we have had to claim a refund as the tray has been crushed and split/badly cracked open. M&S need to look at stronger plastic trays for this product - maybe like the ones they use for fresh meat?
Extremely tough
The last three batches, I have regularly been disposing of almost half of each chicken breast. They are so extremely tough and chewy. Are used to be in the basket every week, but this week was the last time that we will get them.
Sugar added?
Sugar not necessary. Not the best and they have got smaller. £2 cheaper at my other favourite supermarket and much tastier and bigger.
