Far too thick
These pads do the job and Ive found that they wash fine. But why on earth are they so think? I must be wasting loads of toner
Not good for eye makeup. Great for rest of face
I have several of these bags of pads. They are very thick and absorbent and so soak up and waste far too much eye makeup remover to do the job. They are also too rough if you have sensitive eyes. For the face they are very effective with warm water and a good sprinkling of cleansing oil. As previously mentioned by another reviewer you have four surfaces to deal with even the thickest amount of makeup. The bag they come in is useless in a washing machine as the pads can’t move around and remain dirty. I rinse quickly immediately after use, dry on a radiator and store in the silly bag until I have enough do in my next 60 degree towel wash using a large laundry bag. They aren’t pure white anymore but clean and very effective. I use another brand of gentle bamboo pads for my eyes. Bit of a faff but they’ve well forlasted a year so far.
Don\x27t wash well
I use non bio laundry detergent and even at 40 degrees they don't look clean

I honestly dont understand the bad reviews. Ive been waiting to use them for while before reviewing them, and now I can say they are great. The fact that they have 4 faces you can use means you dont end up washing them every day (I use them once a day, in the evening), and then I simply add them to the washing machine with other clothes. I have a sensitive skin and I dont find them rough (also, I use super delicate and sensitive products on them, laundry soap included). Very recommended
Too rough
Feel like I'm rubbing sandpaper over my eyelids. I've found a much softer brand so unfortunately these will be going in the bin.
Would not buy again
I found these too thick & they shrank in the wash. You are supposed to turn them inside out to use the other side but the surface area was reduced then. Disappointing.
