M&S 5 Year Old Madeira Wine
A fortified wine with dried fig, nut and honey aromas plus flavours of caramel, candied orange peel and raisins. Made using red Tinta Negra grapes from the volcanic island of Madeira and aged for five years in seasoned American oak. Pairs well with cheeses or rich desserts. Suitable for vegans.

Stick with Blandys, this is inferior and over priced

nice, but...

We have been ordering Blandy's Duke of Clarence Madeira - this is the replacement I assume. It's not bad, but nothing like the real thing.

Tastes like raw spirit! This has a rough edge to it and there is no raisiny taste. Only bought this because my usual was out of stock. Never again!
