Nice but expensive
Purchased these when our local M&S bakery was sold out of their triple chocolate cookies. I recommend cooking them for the lower end (18 minutes) and leaving to cool for 15 minutes before eating. Taste is very similar to their store-baked cookies, perhaps slightly less sweet. They are about 1/2 the size though and for the price, incredibly expensivemy husband and I joked that you have to pay more to do the work. I couldnt tell they were gluten free. All this aside, we would repurchase as an occasional treat and dont agree with many of the one-star reviews - homemade cookies these are not but worlds better than Maryland or other store-bought options!
Not great
Gave these a try and waited 10 mins after they were cooked which probably slightly improved them but overall not a nice taste and I wouldnt buy them again. Recipe needs to be improved.
Cookies
I have literally only signed up to ocado because I see this review not do them justice. Recommend cooking and then leaving for 10 minutes! Great sweet snack/dessert
So I mean
I read the reviews and ignored them...silly me. these are absolutely disgusting. full of putrid oil, cant taste any chocolate at all... I love chocolate cookies and have tried them all...I dont know what these are...took a bite (oil spurted in my mouth) took another bite and nearly threw up. Truely bad...please dont waste your money (ps I never write reviews but these were so awful I had to warn you)
what happened
I used to buy some lovely M&S frozen ready to bake cookies. I am sure these are not the same, but I cant find any other
oily
not the same as the ones you buy in the bakery unfortunately they are quite oily.
