Weak fragrance
Unfortunately as nice as the design is, the product simply doesnt smell. Even when it was first opened there was little fragrance. Prices are much better!
No consistency in fragrance
Come on M & S get your act together please I purchased my diffuser and was really pleased with the longevity and fragrance throw so I purchased a second! This one has no fragrance whatsoever, even with five sticks in it, absolutely useless and a complete waste of moneywish I could refund on it.
I have 2 in my bedroom and I cant smell a thing!
I paid full price too! :/
Doesn\x27t smell of anything
I bought this last week - special offer but still pricey. Unless I stick my nose right next to the bottle, there is no smell at all being transferred to the reeds. Very disappointing
Lovely fragrance - cheaper than in M&S!
I saw this in M&S and loved the fragrance. I looked for it on here and found its £2 cheaper. The only thing to say against it is that the packaging is difficult to open.

I bought this because I thought it was going to be a dupe of another company’s spa restore reed diffuser which I love. It does smell pretty similar, but there’s a mustiness to it that I don’t love. It is about a quarter of the price though, so it’s difficult to complain too much.
