Chop as desired.; Steam - From Chilled. Place vegetables in steamer over boiling water for 4-5 mins, or until tender.; Stir Fry - From Chilled. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a wok or large frying pan. Add vegetables and stir fry for 2-3 mins.
