Seafood Friday

Bit Different from Fish Friday. These were absolutely lovely, paired them with Tempura King Prawns, Scampi, Triple cooked chips & Garlic Mayonnaise -

Good \- but strong on the shrinkflation

I really like these scallops. My one big (or should I say small) issue, is the fact that the package is less than half full, and they say it contains enough for two portions.

Tasty and convenient

These are perfect to keep in the freezer and just grab a handful as a little starter. Take no time at all in the Air Fryer from frozen. Would give 5 stars but occasionally the batter seems to fall off. Really delicious with a chipotle infused mayo and a squeeze of lemon or lime.

Tasty Treat

These little scallops are very tasty, maintaining the subtle flavour of the scallop, without being overpowered by the batter. I would definitely buy them again. They make an unusual and delicious party food, or a posh fish supper. Lost one star as the batter falls off rather too easily, leaving some a crumbley mess.
