Tender pieces of battered chicken breast with pineapple and red peppers in a sweet and sour sauce, served with egg fried rice. Bake the chicken pieces in the oven for 15 minutes and cook the rice and sauce in the microwave. Serves 1.

Instructions

Cooking Instructions - General. Remove sleeve. Pierce the film on the sauce and rice compartments.
Guide for one pack only. Do not reheat.; Microwave - From Chilled. Sauce and rice only
750W 3 mins, 30 secs
900W 3 mins, 30 secs
Battered chicken pieces to be cooked in oven: follow instructions above.
Cook on high (100%).
Stir after cooking.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Electric 190°C, Fan 170°C, Gas 5, 15 mins
Preheat oven. Remove chicken pieces and spread on a baking tray.
Place the product tray alongside the chicken pieces on baking tray.

Sweet \x26 Sour Chicken

Bought as part of hubby's birthday meal, quite small hench why added several side dishes to have with it. However, it cooked well & hubby enjoyed it very much. Would defo buy again & would also make a good quick lunch if you're hungry.

Tried all the chicken sweet and sour available on Ocado, this beats them all by a mile both by taste and portion size.
