Lovely and tender.
I got out of fridge an hour before cooking. Seared meat, wrapped in foil in the air fryer for 25 minutes at 170 and then rested for 15 minutes still in the foil. Perfect medium rare and knife glided through it. Would say portion size two big portions or three normal. Was perfect size for us though.
Rubbish
They need to add the word 'mini' in front of this. didn't check the weight so my fault but you would expect a roasting joint to serve more than one. Poor quality cut that needs slow cooking. Hardly worth the time and energy cost. better to buy a decent rump steak for the same price.
awful
Joint was so fatty and chewy had to throw it a way, complete waste of money
Small but enough for two
Smaller than expected, but it was nice and enough for two people
tough
Thought I would ignore the negative reviews wished I hadnt cooked the beef as per instructions for medium rare but came out rare put it back in for a little longer but was very tough and chewy. Would not buy again
not even fit for my dog
Couldnt even eat it, tough as old boots..so much for M&S food, will stick with the butchers!
