What has happened to M and S Puddings?
Really disappointing apple crumble. There was more crumble than apple and it fell to pieces when I tried to scoop it out. It also didn't come in the plastic dish shown, but in a tin dish, which obviously is better anyway, but misleading, as it was not very deep. I'll stick to Waitrose thanks!
NOT just Apple Crumble
This M&S apple has no apple in it, just a sickly sweet puree & No pieces of Bramley apple & very little crumble topping. It was the same apple crumble you would get in a low budget super market for a Third of the price. Very disappointed & pleased I didn't offer it to guests.
Not worth the money
Poor value for money - got it as the dessert in the roast for £15 offer. Tasted ok but wont buy again - big box with very little crumble and fruit.
lovely crumble
This had just the right amount of crumble to fruit. A good flavour and lovely served with custard.
awful gloop
Well I am rubbish at making crumble but this made me realise I'm not! if like me you fancy an apple crumble this is not for you. a shortcut crumble is a tin of princes apple slices and a bag of crumble mix in an emergency, not this abomination
Confusing Crumble
It smelt of cheese when it was cooked (its well in date) once past the smell, it tasted nice and sweet but like the other reviews, not much apple.
