really good
having tried numerous breaded/tempura prawns we think these are the best
Large prawns coating ok
Larger prawn than in your typical party food but the breading was too hard when cooked in the air fryer and there was a subtle flavour. Unlikely to buy again.
okish
I cooked these in the air fryer and they came out looking really nice, but looks can be deceiving, they were at least 70 % coating which even though they were lovely and crispy on the outside hadnt crisped up inside, it would have taken at leat double the cooking time! They were edible but with lots of sweet chilli sauce not a great amount of prawn in each one and very not worth the money.
Light crispy coating
I got these on a flash sale and enjoyed them a lot. I ate them with Dim sum, dumpling dips and teriyaki sauce. I took off a star for the regular price is rather expensive.
Crispy
Cooked these in the air fryer. Nice and crispy.
Nothing like they used to be !
I bought two packs of these prawnsto serve with salad for dinner .We have enjoyed them for many years . However, the recipe or ingredients must have changed . These prawns were absolutely dreadful. They tasted llike cotton wool mixed with wall paper paste . We failed to find any flavour or evidence of prawn, apart from the tail . Absolutely dreadful. Over Expensive mistake and thrown away .
