Instructions
Shallow Fry - From Ambient. Rare 2-3 mins Medium 3-6 mins Needs cooking Remove from packaging 10 mins before cooking. Preheat pan on high. Lightly oil and season steak. Place into dry pan. Turn halfway through cooking. Rest for 5 mins before serving. Do not reheat.

This made my Saturday night! Better than restaurant standard, put pepper all over it and garlic butter and barbecued this on the big green egg, best steak Ive had in a long while
We have had these steaks a few times and everything the quality has been excellent. The meat is flavoursome and we both agreed it was as good as (if not better) than in a restaurant. British meat is fantastic.
