Boil - From Frozen. 3-4 min
Add product to boiling water. Return to boil, cover and simmer.; Cooking Instructions - General. Do not reheat.

This product is raw and must be cooked according to instructions.; Microwave - From Frozen. Empty 250g of contents into a microwaveable container. Add a small amounts of water. Cover with a microwaveable plate.

After cooking, leave to stand for 1 min. Larger quantities of product will require longer cooking.

Delicious
I grew broad beans for the first time and loved them so much that once the season was over I wanted to keep eating them. Although I prefer homegrown and fresh, these are a great alternative and very yummy.
