Oven cook - From Frozen. Electric 220°C, Fan 200°C, Gas 7, 55 mins
Needs cooking.
Remove wellington from outer packaging using greaseproof paper provided.
Preheat oven and baking tray.
Brush well with beaten egg or milk.
Place wellington on preheated tray using greaseproof paper. Place on top shelf of oven.
Remove from oven and rest for 10 mins before carving.
Do not reheat.
Carve into 30mm thick slices to serve.
