Reconstituted beef jelly
Almost as bad as the peppered version. This isnt jerky. Gets 1* because it is useful for dog treats if you happen to have a dog. Simply awful.

Good enough - it doesn't contain preservatives
I bought this beef jerky and the BBQ version from M&S and preferred this one. Both are a little on the dry side but for a product without preservatives, I'm prepared to compromise - it's not something I will buy often. The flavour is nice, I'm used to a slight bit more sweetness but it's not something to complain about. The packet definitely isn't family sized though so it barely gets passed round twice, for these little bite-sized pieces and we're done!
