Chicken Meat
Good value everyday meat, buy for hubby's sandwiches & he's happy with it.
poor taste
This has increased so much in price. I dont think it is good value. Its hard to separate the slices they are so thin. Even the cat refuses to eat it.
inconsistent slicing
Sometimes you can separate the slices sometimes you cant. My husband seems to like the flavour though
Nasty
The smell on opening was really vile. Nowhere near the sell by date but definitely off. Why? Where is it stored when at Ocado? Threw it away!
Slimy Sludge!
Do not be fooled into thinking this is chicken roll slices! It is smelly, wet, very thinly sliced, soft, sludgy revoltingness. It reminds me of the cheap dog food you can buy in a plastic roll.
Basic allrounder
When I open packs of cooked meat I turn the contents out onto kitchen roll & place a piece on top to absorb moisture. It also removed that packaging niff you get. Tasty enough as as it is, with pickle, mustard whatever & with cheese or chicken in s/wiches. Convenient size saves prep time. We wrap a slice round a few cheese 'logs' for snacking or serving with salad.
