Good peas
Good good
What has happened?
These peas are obviously inconsistent, the last 3 or 4 packets Ive had have been fine, as the positive reviewers say, bright green and sweet and just as good as the big brand. But oh dear the most recent bag is awful, they are rock hard, small and lots of them were brown and shrivelled, so I was picking through them in the sieve when I drained them. I shouldnt have bothered, they were pretty nasty to eat. What has happened I wonder?
So hard!
Never had peas like these - remaining hard after cooking and very unpleasant! What a waste of money.
floury bullets.
I cooked the whole bag. Really horrid, I mean theyre peas, Im almost 70, Ive cooked many a pack so it wasnt me! At the very last minute I had to buy more in Sainsburys Local. The equivalent size cost me £5.58 so I suppose you could at least say they were good value!
These ended up in compost bin
These are the worst peas I have ever had in nearly 8 decades. Very tough skins and poor flavour. I threw out the whole lot.
Hard
I thought I would give these another go, bought them before, but a while ago. Unfortunately they are the same , hard with not much flavour.
