recent changes have ruined these
These used to be really lovely mints but recent changes have made them brittle, hurting teeth and smaller and less chewy inside - bring back the original version!
Rancid butter eww.
I haven't had this type of sweet for ages so I bought these and mintoes. I tried a mintoe and loved it, then one of these and it tasted like rancid butter but I thought I'll give it another try without eating a mintoe first. Rancid butter. Sorry people that like them and maybe it's my taste buds which are super delicate but I threw them away.
Nasty
I was sent these as a substitute for the butter mintoes and thought I would like them but I was wrong. The toffee is ok but to get to it you have to first eat the mint and that is horrible. It tastes like soap. They went in the bin.
Poor
No striped ones, plain only more like butterscotch with little or no mint, sticky and stuck to wrappers. These were lovelynot anymore. Horrible.
Nice but not as minty as they used to be
Love these mints, hard but then go chewy. But they seem less minty than they used to be.
